      Diabetes is not bad at the end of water or possibly juice little debbie cakes day or possibly juice little debbie cake is just little debbie.

      You need balanced diet and exercise both along with some medicines. Like Metformine / Pioglitazone or both combined. Go and tell your doctor.

      It would be better if your drug also contains Cromium Picolinate because it improves insulin resistance in type 2 DM.

      I am diabetic type 2. I take measured food, plenty of fruits, no or very little sugar and walk about 3 kms every morning. By God’s grace my sugar level is OK. I get my blood sugar checked up (Fasting & PP) every month and am keeping a chrt of the readings.
