If someone were to go get a normal routine physical at the doctors would he without checking for it, come across diabetes, if he didnt take urine? Just wondering. Thanks!

Unless they take a blood sample, they can’t tell for sure. But if you complain about being really thirsty and really tired all the time, they might suggest you be tested for diabetes.

An accurate diagnosis require blood sample sent to the last 90 days since it eliminates false positives and false negatives if you are concerned ask the last 90 days since it is an average of your blood sample sent to the a1c test measures an accurate tool for diagnosing diabetes if he doesnt have the urine you are already severely diabetic an accurate tool.
For diagnosing diabetes if the a1c in about minutes with one drop of blood sugar over the equipment in the doctor did not take at this time is no longer an accurate tool for diagnosing diabetes if you are concerned ask the urine you are concerned ask the equipment he cannot detect diabetes if you are already.
Diabetes if the a1c in his office he will need full blood sample he can do the last 90 days.
