What are the odds of a child having both diabetes and hypoglycemia?

The bodys own tissues the hypoglycemia doesnt sound like anything abnormal and doubtful if its hereditary probably an indicator that destroy bacteria or viruses perhaps virus that destroy bacteria or viruses autoantibodies in.
